There were tons of miracles in Lakeview last week! First of all, we ran out of money... both of our money combined and we only had $12 left I know I know.. I should have known what I am doing since I'm in an accounting major. but this is not what I want everyone to focus about! Our members took us to COSTCO twice on the same week! We stopped by our member house during P-day time since she lives close by the fire station. by the way, we finally got to go on a tour at the fire station and it was awesome! Back to the story, she took us to Costco when she found out that we had nothing to eat... bless her heart. We would have to eat pasta and rice (and frozen stuff that we had) all week if she didn't take us to Costco haha. We also went to do service at a member house on Wednesday. We got to help her cleaned her kitchen and bathroom. Before we left, she needed to buy something at Costco and she took us with her! Now we have a lot of food to eat and we will probably don't have to go shopping for awhile.
More miracles! We ran out of mile.... We only have 0.6 mile left and we still had one day left. There were a lot of unplanned trips this month ex. doctor appointments, mini exchanges etc. but we won the number one car in the zone at the zone conference which mean that 1. our car is the cleanliness car in the zone 2. we get 100 more miles to use every month. MIRACLE!
Back to spiritual stuff. General conference was awesome. Our investigator came for Sunday afternoon session and the first three speakers were meant for him to listen. Elder Costa talked about his experience taking discussion with missionaries how he need to have a desire to change. My favorite one was from elder Renlund. He talked about how Savior replace fear with love and Savior saves us FROM our sin not IN our sin.
